Hoops for Hope Night was an unbelievable success! It was a great night with a great atmosphere. We had Chuck-a-Duck going, T-shirt sales, raffle baskets, and great games being played on the court. In total, over $4,000 were raised for the Eyerman family! My favorite part of the night was when Andrew was announced with the starting lineup. Everyone in the stadium was on their feet, clapping and cheering for Andrew. It was a very special moment that I will remember forever. I am so happy that we all decided to come together on this project. It was for a great cause, and it was a blast to participate in!

We had a great idea of bringing Brody Night back to New Pal, but we wanted it to be a little bit more encompassing. So, we are hosting a fundraiser event of gargantuan proportions. It started out as our idea, but it quickly turned into a class wide project. We have almost everybody in the class working on various things that need to be done. We delegated different tasks, and we are currently working on finding donations for raffle baskets for the auction. We are also doing Chuck-a-Duck as another way to make money. It is very exciting right now. There is a lot of buzz around this project. However, there is also a ton that needs to get done. There are a lot of phone calls that need to be made to gather the donations. I am very excited for this project to come together.
